  • Alec Pierce had a career game in Week 1 against the Houston Texans, with three receptions on three targets for 125 yards, setting career-highs in receiving yards and longest reception (60 yards). He scored the Colts' first touchdown of 2024 on a 60-yard pass from Anthony Richardson.
  • Richardson finished Sunday's game with nine completions on 19 attempts for 212 yards, and became one of just six quarterbacks in the last 10 seasons to complete multiple passes that traveled at least 55 yards past the line of scrimmage (the 60-yard touchdown pass to Pierce and 57-yard heave to Pierce in the third quarter).
