Colts select Iowa State offensive tackle Jalen Travis in fourth round of 2025 NFL Draft

The 6-foot-7, 339 pound Travis started 11 games at left tackle for Iowa State in 2024.

The Colts added to their offensive line on Day 3 of the 2025 NFL Draft, selecting Iowa State offensive tackle Jalen Travis in the fourth round (No. 127 overall) on Saturday.

Travis possesses remarkable measurables: He's 6-foot-7 (95th percentile for tackles at the NFL Combine since 1999), weighs 339 pounds (95th percentile), has 34 7/8-inch arms (86th percentile), an 83.5-inch wingspan (85th percentile) and 10.5-inch hands (84th percentile). His 35-inch vertical jump was in the 97th percentile and his 112-inch broad jump was in the 90th percentile.

The 23-year-old Travis spent the first four years of his college career at Princeton, where he started eight games at right tackle and seven games at left tackle. Travis transferred to Iowa State for the 2024 season and started 11 games at left tackle for the Cyclones, earning honorable mention All-Big 12 honors.

Travis allowed just one sack and 12 total pressures in 475 pass blocking snaps, per Pro Football Focus.

A native of Minneapolis, Travis attended DeLaSalle High School, where he starred as a left tackle and was also the student body co-president.
