Colts activate LB Jaylon Carlies, C Ryan Kelly from injured reserve, waive S Darren Hall; elevate CB Tre Flowers, G Mark Glowinski to active roster from practice squad for Week 16

Indianapolis - The Indianapolis Colts today activated linebacker Jaylon Carlies and center Ryan Kelly from the Injured Reserve list and waived safety Darren Hall. The team also elevated cornerback Tre Flowers and guard Mark Glowinski to the active roster from the practice squad for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans.

Carlies, 6-3, 227 pounds, was placed on the team's Injured Reserve list on October 26, 2024. He played in the first seven games (three starts) this season and registered 21 tackles (14 solo), 1.0 tackle for loss, 1.0 sack and one pass defensed. Carlies was selected by Indianapolis in the fifth round (151st overall) of the 2024 NFL Draft. Collegiately, he appeared in 48 career games (40 starts) at Missouri (2020-23) and totaled 221 tackles (159 solo), 11.5 tackles for loss, 3.0 sacks, 17 passes defensed, nine interceptions, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. His last name is pronounced KARR-lyze.

Kelly, 6-4, 307 pounds, was placed on the Injured Reserve list on November 5, 2024. He has started all 121 career games (regular season and postseason) he has played in with the team over nine seasons (2016-24). Kelly is a four-time Pro Bowl selection (2019-21, 2023) and was an Associated Press Second Team All-Pro choice in 2020. He was originally selected by the team in the first round (18th overall) of the 2016 NFL Draft out of Alabama. In 2024, he has started seven games.

Hall, 6-0, 190 pounds, was claimed by the Colts off waivers (from Arizona) on November 5, 2024. He spent time on the team's practice squad last season. Hall has played in 35 career games (10 starts) in his time with the Colts (2023-24), Cardinals (2024) and Atlanta Falcons (2021-22) and has compiled 69 tackles (47 solo), 3.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, six passes defensed, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and four special teams stops. He was originally selected by the Falcons in the fourth round (108th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft out of San Diego State.

Flowers, 6-3, 200 pounds, was originally signed to the Colts practice squad on October 29, 2024. He has played in 94 career games (44 starts) in his time with the Colts (2024), Jacksonville Jaguars (2024), Falcons (2023), Cincinnati Bengals (2021-22) and Seattle Seahawks (2018-21). Flowers has compiled 270 tackles (211 solo), 4.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, 22 passes defensed, four interceptions, five forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries and 16 special teams stops. He has also appeared in 10 postseason contests (three starts) and has registered 20 tackles (16 solo), two passes defensed and five special teams stops. Flowers was originally selected by the Seahawks in the fifth round (146th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Oklahoma State.

Glowinski, 6-4, 310 pounds, was elevated in Week 13 at New England and Week 15 at Denver. He started both games at right guard. Glowinski was signed to the team's practice squad on November 21, 2024. He rejoined Indianapolis after spending five seasons (2017-21) with the team. Glowinski has played in 126 career games (98 starts) in his time with the Colts, New York Giants (2022-23) and Seahawks (2015-17). He has started seven postseason contests. Glowinski was originally selected by the Seattle in the fourth round (134th overall) of the 2015 NFL Draft out of West Virginia.
