INDIANAPOLIS —The Indianapolis Colts today signed undrafted free agent wide receiver Kayaune Ross and waived-injured wide receiver Kolby Listenbee. If Listenbee clears waivers, he will revert to the Colts Injured Reserve list. Ross participated in the Colts' 2018 Rookie Mini-Camp on a tryout basis.
Ross, 6-5, 223 pounds, played in 18 games in two seasons (2016-17) at Kentucky and totaled 21 catches for 296 yards and one touchdown. In 2017, he finished with 19 receptions for 286 yards and posted seasons highs with four receptions and 77 yards against Missouri (10/7). Prior to Kentucky, Ross attended Phoenix College (Ariz.) from 2014-15. As a freshman, he caught 15 passes for 210 yards and two touchdowns in four games before suffering a season-ending injury. He redshirted during the 2015 season.
Listenbee, 6-0, 183 pounds, was signed to the Colts practice squad on December 13, 2017 after spending nine weeks on Miami's practice squad. He was originally selected by Buffalo in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Listenbee has not played in an NFL game.
