Colts defensive end Laiatu Latu on Tuesday was named to the Pro Football Writers of America 2024 All-Rookie Team.
Latu, the 15th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, played in 17 games and recorded 32 tackles (16 solo), 38 pressures, nine quarterback hits, four sacks, five tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. In Week 5 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, he recorded a single-game high six tackles (four solo). Latu finished the season tied for first on the team with 25 hurries, second in pressures and tied for third in sacks.
Latu's pass rush win rate of 14 percent placed him at third among regular rookie pass-rushers in the regular season.
