Social media reacts to Colts hiring Lou Anarumo as defensive coordinator

The Colts on Tuesday announced Lou Anarumo as their new defensive coordinator, prompting plenty of conversations about what the 58-year-old, with 36 years of coaching experience, can bring to the Colts.

Anarumo is known for his versatility and ability to quickly adapt and adjust depending on his opponents, and notably led the Cincinnati Bengals in holding the Kansas City Chiefs to one field goal in the second half of the 2021 AFC Championship – a game the Bengals would go on to win to advance to the Super Bowl. Anarumo's reputation precedes him, and he's earned a great amount of respect from those in and around the NFL.

And the Colts' own cornerback and team captain, Kenny Moore II, sent out a simple post on X just five minutes after ESPN's Adam Schefter broke the news on Monday:
