JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Quarterback Anthony Richardson (oblique) will not play as the Colts on Sunday ruled out seven players for their Week 5 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars at EverBank Stadium:

  • C Ryan Kelly (neck)
  • CB Kenny Moore II (hip)
  • DE Kwity Paye (quad)
  • QB Anthony Richardson (oblique)
  • RB Jonathan Taylor (ankle)
  • T Blake Freeland
  • WR Anthony Gould

Moore, Paye and Taylor were all ruled out Friday, while Richardson and Kelly were downgraded from questionable to doubtful on Saturday.

With Richardson out, the Colts will turn to veteran Joe Flacco, who completed 16 of 26 passes for 168 yards with two touchdowns in Week 4's win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Head coach Shane Steichen said the Colts will go with a "running back by committee" approach with Taylor out, leaning on Trey Sermon, Tyler Goodson and Evan Hull, the latter of whom on Saturday was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster for Week 5.

Cornerback Sam Womack III, who was added to the injury report Saturday with an illness and was listed as questionable, is active for Sunday's game.
