Colts announce 7 inactive players for Week 7 game vs. Miami Dolphins

Quarterback Anthony Richardson (oblique) is inactive for the second consecutive game, though on Sunday he is designated as the Colts' emergency third quarterback. 

The Colts on Friday ruled out cornerback Kenny Moore II (hip), defensive end Kwity Paye (quad) and running back Jonathan Taylor (oblique).

Cornerback JuJu Brents (quad), tight end Drew Ogletree (foot) and center Ryan Kelly (concussion) were ruled out on Friday.
