MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

West Central snapped Whiting's 10-game winning streak with a 43-3 triumph over the Oilers.

Evansville Mater Dei ended North Posey's hopes for a perfect season with a 31-28 win over the Vikings.

Carroll (F.W.) edged Penn, 14-13, to keep the Kingsmen from advancing to the sectional final for the first time since 1990.

Justin Bogunia closed out his coaching career at John Glenn with a 42-20 loss to Mishawaka Marian. Over his 15 seasons with the Falcons, Bogunia recorded a 101-67 mark with two sectional titles in 2001 and 2004 and a regional crown in 2004.
