INDIANAPOLIS – In celebration of the upcoming high school football season, the Indianapolis Colts will open up Lucas Oil Stadium tomorrow to host their annual Horseshoe Classic, presented by Gatorade. The 2018 Classic is made possible in part by UnitedHealthcare.
This year's event will feature the Noblesville Millers taking on the Cathedral Irish, followed by the Hamilton Southeastern Royals vs. the Lawrence Central Bears. The Colts honorary captain for Game 1 will be Noblesville West Middle School teacher and football coach Jason Seaman. The Game 2 honorary captain will be Colts Ring of Honor member Bill Brooks.
The Horseshoe Classic is a part of the team's ongoing partnership with the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) and their support of football at all levels. The Horseshoe Classic is one of several events the Colts are planning leading up to the regular season kickoff.
