We kicked of National School Breakfast week with American Dairy Association Indiana, local dairy farmers, Blue, Colts Cheerleaders, and Colts G Danny Pinter at Franklin Community Middle School.

With the help of American Dairy Association Indiana, local dairy farmers, Blue, Colts Cheerleaders, Colts Alumni Ryan Diem, we kicked off National School Breakfast Week at Orchard Park Elementary School.

There's no reason to skip the most important meal of the day, BREAKFAST! Eat at home, on the go or at school. Breakfast helps you focus better, perform better and feel better! With the help of the American Dairy Association Indiana, a local dairy farmer, Colts Cheerleaders, Colts Alumni Gary Brackett, and Mascot Blue, we kicked off National School Breakfast Week at Snacks Crossing Elementary. Students enjoyed breakfast in the classroom and learned the importance of eating well every day.

Tri County Intermediate School is this week's Fuel Up To Play 60 school of the week.

Fuel Up to Play 60 joined the FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) middle school Fall Rally at Riverside Park. Student leaders were welcomed with fresh made smoothies from their program's smoothie bike. We discussed the importance of good nutrition and excitement of becoming a Fuel Up to Play 60 program. Students were able to stay active taking on the Play 60 obstacle course and through team building activities.

Helping students learn the importance of being healthy at an early age is the ultimate goal of Fuel Up to Play 60. Each K-12 school can customize both a Healthy Eating and Physical Activity "Play" that best supports their school district's health and wellness goals.
