Recorded a season-high seven tackles (four solo) and a pass defensed against Washington in the Pac-12 Championship.
Tallied two passes defensed and an interception returned for a touchdown against BYU.

2017:

Earned Second Team All-Pac-12 honors after he started all 14 games and totaled 48 tackles (38 solo), half a tackle for loss and had team highs in passes defensed (10) and interceptions (four).
In the Pac-12, his passes defensed ranked tied for third and his interceptions ranked ninth.
Named the MVP of the Heart of Dallas Bowl after he recorded two solo tackles and two interceptions.
Named to The Associated Press and ESPN All-Bowl teams.
Received Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention honors.

2016:

Saw action in nine games on special teams and defense and tallied two tackles. He also contributed two kickoff returns for 26 yards.

PERSONAL:

Attended Layton (Utah) High School and was a two-time Second Team All-Region selection after recording 52 tackles, six interceptions and 51 receptions for 940 yards and nine touchdowns for his career.
He played both wide receiver and cornerback.
Rated a three-star wide receiver by Rivals.com.
Also played basketball and helped his team win the 2015 5A Utah State Championship and earned first-team All-State honors as a senior.

He gave up Division I offers to play point guard to play football.
