• Appeared in a single season career-high 14 games (eight starts) at center. Helped the Seahawks offense rank eighth in total yards per game (374.4) and fourth in rushing yards per game (137.5) in the NFL.

2018 (SEAHAWKS):

• Saw action in 11 games (two starts). Started in Week 3 and Week 17 wins.

2017 (SEAHAWKS):

• Spent the majority of the season on Seattle's practice squad before being signed to their active roster on December 5.

2016 (SEAHAWKS):

• Played in nine games (one start) as a rookie. Made his first career start in Week 12 at Tampa Bay.

COLLEGE:

• Appeared in 43 games (36 starts) at TCU (2012-15) and earned First Team All-Big 12 honors as a senior and Second Team All-Big 12 honors as a junior.
• In 2015, he started 10 games at center and received First Team All-Big 12 honors after leading a TCU offense that had a 1,000-yard rusher and receiver. Also earned Second Team Academic All-Big 12 accolades.
• As a junior, he earned Second Team All-Big 12 honors after he started all 13 games and helped a TCU offense finish second in the nation in scoring (46.5 points per game) and tied for fifth in total offense (533.0 yards per game).
• In 2013, he started all 12 games on the offensive line. He started 11 games at center and one at right guard. Also earned Second Team Academic All-Big 12 honors.
• As a true freshman, he appeared in seven games (one start) and helped the Horned Frogs accumulate 1,977 rushing yards and 13 rushing touchdowns.

PERSONAL:

• Attended El Campo (Texas) High School and accumulated 210 tackles, 66.0 tackles for loss, 16.0 sacks, 15 forced fumbles and 10 fumble recoveries, while also playing offense and only allowing 1.0 sack.
• As a senior, he earned all-state honors on offense.
• Ranked as the third-best center in the nation by 247Sports.
• Rated a three-star defensive tackle by Rivals.
• A three-time selection to the Victoria Advocate's All-Area team and a two-time Victoria Advocate Lineman of the Year.
• He is a member of the National Honor Society.
• Played for the United States in the 2012 International Bowl.
