INDIANAPOLIS – It's the offseason, so Colts.com takes a look at some tweets from Colts players to get an idea of what they are up to during their down time.
McAfee was back out in the community on Wednesday night heading to the iconic venue of Hinkle Fieldhouse. Dwayne Allen is a Butler season ticket holder and frequents games at Hinkle. While McAfee is secure in his NFL future, Allen is entering uncertain times as a free agent.
Hilton and Moncrief had a little back and forth on Twitter this week about their plans for next season. With Andrew Luck healthy and Rob Chudzinski now in a full-time role their should be plenty of more shots down the field for the explosive duo of Hilton and Moncrief.
Good was just a sample of the “thank-you” tweets players had for Matt Hasselbeck. The NFL is a business and no time makes that more clear than early March and free agency. As far as Good, Ryan Grigson mentioned last week that the second-year lineman could be an option at guard going forward. It will be interesting to see how the Colts view Good in next year's line.
When Dorsett took to the starting blocks at last year's Combine he put up numbers the stopwatches hadn't seen too often. Every year the Combine ends with NFL Network host Rich Eisen taking his turn at the 40-yard dash, raising money for St. Jude's Hospital.
