Trent Richardson's one-yard touchdown run:The scene: Tied 0-0, the Colts take over at the 49ers 20-yard line on the game's opening possession. The anatomy of the drive: 7 plays, for 80 yards in 3:40.Key play: The Colts opening drive had a great pace to it with the Colts mixing in the run and the pass as Andrew Luck was a perfect 5-of-5 on the drive and firing the ball out on quick drops. Wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey had two catches for 33 yards on the drive and it was his 19-yard reception that set up the Colts at a first-and-goal from the 49ers seven-yard line. On DHB's 19-yard catch, the Colts came out in a five-receiver set and the new receiver caught about an eight-yard pass from Luck before turning up field and away from 49ers inside linebacker Patrick Willis for the 19-yard gain. The score: On Trent Richardson's first touch in a Colts uniform he followed a gaping hole into the end zone. The Colts came out in a four tight end set (Coby Fleener to the left, Joe Reitz and Stanley Havili to the right and Dominique Jones in motion to the right of Luck). Richardson followed beautiful blocks from right tackle Gosder Cherilus and Jones into the end zone. He's the first Colts player to score a TD on his first rushing attempt with the team since Gordon Brown on Oct. 4, 1987.**

Andrew Luck's six-yard touchdown runThe scene:Up 13-7, the Colts took over at their own 20-yard line with 11:14 to go in the fourth quarter. The anatomy of the drive: 11 plays, for 80 yards in 7:01.Key play:The Colts longest drive of the afternoon virtually sealed the victory. Ahmad Bradshaw ran for 95 yards on Sunday and he had three straight runs for a total of 45 yards on this scoring drive. The long was a 27-yarder that took the Colts down to the 49ers 13-yard line. On a second-and-three from the 49ers 40-yard line, the Colts lined up in a three-receiver shotgun set with Bradshaw to the left of Luck and Jones to the right. It was a delayed draw and down the field blocks by Jones, Reggie Wayne and T.Y. Hilton sprung the 27-yard run by Bradshaw. The score:** The Colts came out in an offset I-formation with T.Y. Hilton the lone wide receiver to the left side of the field, which was also the short side of the field. On the snap, Luck faked a run to Bradshaw and thanks to Hilton dragging his cornerback to the middle of the field, No. 12 jogged untouched into the end zone.

Ahmad Bradshaw's 1-yard touchdown runThe scene: Up 20-7, the Colts took over at the 49ers eight-yard line with 3:51 remaining. The anatomy of the drive: 3 plays, for 8 yards in 0:56.Key play: The drive was set up on a forced fumble by inside linebacker Jerrell Freeman. Thanks to more great coverage from the Colts secondary, Colin Kaepernick was forced to scramble and Freeman was waiting for him. The Colts inside linebacker stripped Kaepernick and fellow inside linebacker Kavell Conner pounced on the loose ball. The score: It was a third-and-goal from the 49ers one-yard line and Bradshaw put the finishing touches on the Colts 27-7 road victory. Bradshaw had 62 rushing yards after halftime and the final yard came from another offset I-formation. Bradshaw took the handoff and similar to Richardson's touchdown, No. 44 followed the right side of the formation, and an impressive block from Joe Reitz (tackle eligible tight end), into the end zone.
