Indianapolis Colts Announce 15 "Make It Personal" Stops
The tour kicks off in Greenwood, Indiana, on June 3rd at Meijer, and ends on July 21st in Goshen, Indiana. The idea behind the Make It Personal Tour is to get fans involved with the team by having the Colts come to the fans rather than the fans always having to come to the team. With all of the excitement the Tour brings, it promises a good time for all.
As in the past, there will be special appearances and autograph signings by several of the Colts players and cheerleaders. There are several other returning attractions, such as the Indiana Blood Drive mobile unit and registration for the Colts Kids Club and the Colts Crib Club. The Kids Club membership is for kids ages 5-14 and members receive a Colts Kids Club package full of Colts paraphernalia.
The Colts Crib Club is for infants to 24 months, and membership to the club makes a great gift. The membership includes Colts gear for the younger generation of Colts fans.
Fans can register to win tickets for pre-season games, as well as bounce and slide on giant interactive Colts inflatables. There will be free Colts giveaways and fans are encouraged to walk through the Colts In Motion traveling museum. The popular quarterback challenge football toss will also be returning. New to the 2009 Make It Personal Tour is the "Help a Hoosier" program. This program collects donations of non-perishable food items from fans to donate to local food banks. The Tour is important to the team because it allows the fans and the players to interact away from the stadium. This summer's Tour is the sixth consecutive year that the Colts have been doing visits around the state. The Colts would like to encourage all fans to arrive early. The line for player and cheerleader autographs may be cut off at any time to ensure the Tour remains on schedule. Inclement weather or traffic may cause for late arrival or early departure. All Make It Personal Tour stops will take place rain or shine. Team practice schedules and meeting times may cause for players to arrive late or depart early. Colts player names will not be announced prior to the arrival in each city. Fans will be allowed one autograph per person; however, fans may get back in line for additional autographs. All Colts Make It Personal Tour stop times are local.
