INDIANAPOLIS – Two seasons in Indianapolis. Two Pro Bowls.
That's the Colts' resume for safety Mike Adams.
On Monday morning, Adams was named to the 2016 Pro Bowl, the second straight year he's earned a spot via an alternate.
Adams is taking the spot of Seattle's Kam Chancellor.
The 34-year-old Adams once again found success around the football in 2015, despite missing three games. In his second season with the Colts, Adams had five interceptions and three forced fumbles.
Adams now gives the Colts two Pro Bowlers in 2016 with Vontae Davis also serving as an alternate.
The Colts have had at least two players in the Pro Bowl every year since 1999.
The 2016 Pro Bowl is back in Hawaii this year. The game will take place this Sunday at 7:00 p.m. EST on ESPN.
For a second straight year, the Pro Bowl will have captains Michael Irvin and Jerry Rice lead their respective teams through a draft on Wednesday night (7:30 P.M. EST on ESPN2).
