INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Colts (5-5) today defeated the Tennessee Titans (5-5) 38-10 in their AFC South Division showdown at Lucas Oil Stadium. Check out the updates from today's game.

FOURTH QUARTER

— The Titans' league-leading red zone defense didn't travel to Indy. Andrew Luck to Dontrelle Inman, seven-yard touchdown — Inman's first as a Colt. Indianapolis leads Tennessee, 38-3, with 12:12 left in the fourth quarter.

— Tennessee gets its first touchdown of the day on a 1-yard touchdown pass from Blaine Gabbert to wide receiver Tajaé Sharp. It's 38-10, Colts lead.

— The Colts have won their fourth straight, beating the Titans, 38-10.

THIRD QUARTER

— Injury update: defensive tackle Margus Hunt (knee) is out.

— Frank Reich challenges — and wins. T.Y. Hilton's slick footwork earns him his second touchdown of the game on a play in which he was originally ruled out of bounds short of the end zone. Hilton now has seven receptions, 131 yards and two scores on the day. Colts lead the Titans, 31-3, with 7:24 left in the third quarter.

SECOND QUARTER

— Are you kidding me? Eric Ebron, the tight end, gets the reverse from running back Nyheim Hines, who tries to find Andrew Luck over the shoulder in the end zone on third down. It's just overthrown, despite an all-out dive from the quarterback. Adam Vinatieri nails a 22-yard field goal, though, and the Colts lead, 10-0, with 10:59 left in the second quarter.

— Andrew Luck. T.Y. Hilton. 68 yards. Touchdown. Hilton today: four receptions, 101 yards, TD. Colts lead Titans, 17-0, with 7:26 left in the second quarter.

— Welcome to the party, Jordan Wilkins. The rookie running back scores his first-career touchdown on an 18-yard toss play, and the Colts are rolling all over the Titans, 24-0, with 2:37 left in the first half.

— Ryan Succop connects on a 42-yard field goal. At halftime, the Colts lead the Titans, 24-3.

FIRST QUARTER

— Thank you, Chester Rogers. Prime field position after a big punt return sets up Colts on a seven-play, 33-yard drive that ends with a one-yard touchdown run by Marlon Mack. It's 7-0 Colts lead 1:15 left in the first quarter. Rogers actually took the Titans' second punt of the ballgame to the house, but a holding call on cornerback Arthur Maulet wiped out that score.

— At the end of the first quarter, the Colts lead the Titans, 7-0.
