LANDOVER, Md. — The Indianapolis Colts moved to 1-1 today with a 21-9 victory over the Washington Redskins (1-1) at FedExField. Here are some highlights throughout the game:

FOURTH QUARTER

— Darius Leonard is having a tremendous game. His game-leading 12th tackle on the day is his first-career sack, and he puts a dent in the Redskins' momentum. Dustin Hopkins connects on a 49-yard field goal (he's 2-for-3 from that exact range today alone) to cut the Colts' lead to five, 14-9, with 13:28 left in the fourth quarter.

— Injury update: CB Quincy Wilson is being evaluated for a concussion.

— Frank Reich's play designs. Man. Andrew Luck finds T.Y. Hilton on 3rd and Goal from the 3 for the big touchdown, and the Colts extend their lead to 21-9 with 7:32 left in the fourth quarter. It's the second receiving touchdown of the season for the Colts, who go 75 yards in 13 plays and take 5:56 off the clock on that drive.

— Injury update: CB Quincy Wilson (concussion) is out.

— FINAL: Colts 21, Redskins 9.

THIRD QUARTER

— On Indy's opening drive of the second half, Andrew Luck is picked off on third down by safety D.J. Swearinger, who gets his second interception of the game. T.Y. Hilton was the intended target there, but with pressure Luck forced it and now the Redskins are cookin'.

— CB Pierre Desir with solid coverage on the fade to former first-round pick Josh Doctson in the end zone, ensuring the ball hits the grass. Dustin Hopkins hits a 27-yard field goal, however, to cut the Colts' lead to 14-6 with 5:40 left in the third quarter.

— Injury update: running back Jordan Wilkins (ankle) is expected to return.

— At the end of the third quarter, the Redskins are driving into Colts' territory. Indy leads, 14-6.

SECOND QUARTER

— Andrew Luck intercepted. Pass tipped at the line by linebacker Mason Foster, and safety D.J. Swearinger dives to pick it up.

— Jabaal Sheard slams Alex Smith to the FedExField grass for a sack. With the Redskins' top guard, Brandon Scherff, out with a knee injury, the Redskins have had to put in a new center, and the Colts are putting on the pressure up the middle. A couple plays later, however, defensive tackle Hassan Ridgeway is down getting looked at. He limps off the field very slowly.

— Dustin Hopkins nails a 49-yard field goal. Colts lead the Redskins, 7-3, with 11:12 left in the second quarter. Another good play by Sheard on third down, who knocks down Alex Smith's pass attempt.

— Injury update: defensive tackle Hassan Ridgeway (calf) is questionable to return.

— Injury updates: running back Jordan Wilkins (ankle) is questionable to return; Ridgeway (calf) has been downgraded to out.

— Touchdown, Colts. Eight-yard touchdown run by Nyheim Hines, his first NFL TD. Surgical drive by Indy, which got a huge chunk on the PI call on Hilton. Eight-play, 75-yard that took 4:21 off the clock. Indy leads 14-3 with 6:51 left in the second quarter.

— Injury updates: RB Jordan Wilkins (ankle) is questionable to return; DT Hassan Ridgeway (calf) has been downgraded to out.

— Dustin Hopkins' second attempt from 49 yards out is wide left. Colts head into halftime with a 14-3 lead.

FIRST QUARTER

— Redskins win the opening toss and elect to defer to the second half. Opening kickoff headed to the Colts.

— What an initial drive by the Colts, who score on a seven-yard touchdown pass on a fade from Andrew Luck to tight end Eric Ebron — his second TD of the season. The drive: 11 plays, 75 yards, 5:35 off the clock, and, perhaps most impressively, the Indy offense went 3-for-3 on third downs. The Colts lead the Redskins 7-0 with 9:30 left in the first quarter.

— Just what the Colts ordered to start today's game. A very successful initial touchdown drive, and then the defense holds on the Redskins' opening drive. Colts start their second drive from their own 10-yard line with 6:43 left in the first quarter.

— Marlon Mack getting looked at by team trainers on the sideline. Remember, this is the running back's 2018 debut after he missed more than a month with a hamstring injury. We'll get an updated as soon as it is provided.

— The speed option almost goes awry for the Redskins. Alex Smith's pitch to Chris Thompson eventually hits the turf, but he picks it back up for a gain of nine. Then a huge tackle for loss in the open field by CB Kenny Moore II on RB Chris Thompson on third down. Washington punting. RB Marlon Mack back in the game for the Colts.

— 3rd and 12, and the Colts convert. Luck finds T.Y. Hilton on the screen, and he gets a gain of 22 yards to end the first quarter.

— At the end of the first quarter, the Colts lead the Redskins, 7-0.
