COLTS ANNOUNCE INAUGURAL "HORSESHOE CLASSIC" WITH FOUR HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL GAMES IN LUCAS OIL STADIUM
The Indianapolis Colts present the inaugural Horseshoe Classic featuring four High School football games to be played inside Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday, September 5th. This first ever Horseshoe Classic showcases some the area's best prep football talent including Ohio.
"We are excited to expand our work with high school football beyond our sponsorship of the entire Indiana high school championship with the Horseshoe Classic," said Tom Zupancic, Colts Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
"Our plan after this initial year is to hold several games in a series throughout the high school football season in 2010 and beyond."
2009 Horseshoe Classic participants:
- Zionsville vs. Noblesville, 11:00 a.m.
- Indianapolis Cathedral vs. St. Xavier (OH), 1:45 p.m.
- Columbus North vs. Bloomington North, 4:30 p.m.
