The Indianapolis Colts will host the Jacksonville Jaguars in their second AFC South game of the 2015 season. Game time is set for 1 p.m. at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The matchup will mark the 29th all-time meeting between the teams in the regular season, with the Colts holding a 20-8 advantage. Indianapolis has won the last five contests against Jacksonville and own a 10-4 overall record at home.

Last week, the Colts traveled to Tennessee for their first AFC South game of the 2015 season.

The Titans entered the fourth quarter with a 27-14 advantage. Indianapolis was able to orchestrate three consecutive touchdown drives to overtake the lead, 35-27, with 2:51 left in the game. Tennessee rallied to score a touchdown late in regulation, but the Colts defense stopped the Titans on their two-point conversion attempt to cement the 35-33 win.

Quarterback Andrew Luck completed 18-of-30 passes for 260 yards and connected on touchdown passes to wide receivers Phillip Dorsett (35 yards) and Donte Moncrief (11 yards). Running back Frank Gore led all rushers with 86 yards and added two touchdowns.

Safety Dwight Lowery registered two interceptions, returning his first 69 yards for a touchdown. The Indianapolis defense allowed Tennessee to convert only 4-of-13 (31%) third down attempts.

Following Sunday's game, the Colts will travel to Houston to face the Texans on Thursday Night Football on CBS/NFL Network.
