The Indianapolis Colts (1-1) will fly to the West Coast for their first road game of the season against the San Francisco 49ers (1-1) on Sunday at Candlestick Park. Kickoff is set for 4:25 p.m. EDT on CBS.

The Colts suffered their first loss of the yearlast week, falling to the Miami Dolphins, 24-20. The game broke the Colts' streak of nine consecutive victories in games decided by one possession-or-less. Indianapolis will now look to bounce back and improve upon its 5-0 record in games following a loss under Head Coach Chuck Pagano (2012-13).

Offensively against Miami, wide receiver T.Y. Hilton posted his sixth career 100-yard receiving performance after catching six passes for a game-high 124 yards. Tight end Coby Fleener also had a solid performance with four receptions for 69 yards and a touchdown as he assumed the starting role with Dwayne Allen out with an injury.

On defense, inside linebacker Jerrell Freeman and outside linebacker Robert Mathis each recorded 2.0 sacks. It marked Freeman's first career multi-sack effort, while Mathis tallied his 21st such game.

The 49ers also lost last week by a 29-3 margin to the Seattle Seahawks at CenturyLink Field. Quarterback Colin Kaepernick was held to a career-low 20.1 passer rating after throwing a career-high three interceptions in the game. On the ground though, he ran for a career-high 87 yards on nine rushing attempts
