The Indianapolis Colts (0-1) will battle the Philadelphia Eagles (1-0) on ESPN's Monday Night Football in their 2014 regular season home opener. The Week 2 contest is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. EDT on September 15.

The matchup features two playoff contenders from a year ago with both teams winning their respective divisions in 2013. The Colts will host the Eagles for the first time at Lucas Oil Stadium as they look to improve upon their 5-2 all-time home record in the series.

Indianapolis lost in its season-opening game against the Denver Broncos last week, 31-24. The Colts fell into a 24-0 hole in the first half, but held the Broncos to seven points and 73 net yards in the second half.

Quarterback Andrew Luck recorded his 10th career 300-yard passing game and scored three touchdowns (two passing, one rushing). In his first game back after suffering an injury in Week 7 against Denver last season, wide receiver Reggie Wayne led both teams in receptions (nine), while adding 98 receiving yards.

Philadelphia defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars last week by a score of 34-17. The Jaguars took an early 17-0 lead after forcing three turnovers, but the Eagles responded with 34 unanswered points to seal the Week 1 victory. Quarterback Nick Foles threw for 322 yards and two touchdowns, while running back LeSean McCoy contributed with 115 scrimmage yards (74 rushing, 41 receiving).
