INDIANAPOLIS --- If you need some salary relief this week with RBs getting more and more expensive, consider Frank Gore. The Panthers are in the bottom half on the league stopping the run, Gore is a bellcow, and the Colts have said all week they want to get him more involved.

LINEUP NOTES
Eli Manning threw 6 touchdowns last week, with three of them going to Odell Beckham Jr., and I love this stack again this week. Tampa has allowed 2.4 passing TDs per game this year, including 4 twice to the Titans and Jaguars.
Devonta Freeman hasn't scored a touchdown in back-to-back games, but that doesn't mean he hasn't played well. Touchdowns can be fluky in fantasy, and Freeman has 6 consecutive games of at least 130 total yards. He gets a plus match-up this week against the 49ers. I'd play him over Todd Gurley this week.
DeAngelo Williams is the feature back for Pittsburgh now with Le'Veon Bell out for the season. In weeks 1 and 2, he scored 13.7 and 29.2 points. In half a game last week, he scored 13 points. He faces the Raiders at home in an early kickoff, with Oakland going cross-country.
Alshon Jeffery's price is still lower than it was to start the season, despite 2 games of 100 yards and a score coming off injury. Easy value pick in what's being projected as a high-scoring Monday Night Football game.
The Titans have a new head coach and said this week Green-Beckham will play more. He already played ⅔ of snaps last week and now faces a Saints defense that just gave up 49 points. Plus, the Titans don't really have many other options to throw to right now with Kendall Wright injured.
Great match-up for the Jets vs. the Jags. Salary limits made me take them. Otherwise, I would have taken the Falcons D vs. Gabbert and the 49ers.
