Colts, USA Football Award Fall Grants to Youth Leagues

Indianapolis – The Indianapolis Colts and USA Football, the sport’s governing body and a recognized sports organization of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, recently awarded USA Football’s fall grants to youth football organizations throughout Indiana, eastern Illinois and northern Kentucky.

Indianapolis – The Indianapolis Colts and USA Football, the sport's governing body and a recognized sports organization of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, recently awarded USA Football's fall grants to youth football organizations throughout Indiana, eastern Illinois and northern Kentucky.

The extensive grant offerings support the development of grassroots programs so they may continue to bring local communities together and inspire a new generation of football athletes and fans.

USA Football's grants program, which is made possible by support from the NFL Foundation, complements the Colts' continued support of grassroots football by awarding new equipment and resources to local youth programs based on merit and need, allowing young athletes to continue enjoying the sport while learning life lessons and building friendships.

Nationwide, USA Football's fall grant recipients represent more than 630 youth sports organizations that were awarded approximately $350,000 in new youth football equipment. Throughout the 2024 calendar year, USA Football has awarded approximately $1.1 million in grants to deserving youth football leagues and multi-sport youth programs. 

Since 2006, USA Football has awarded more than $21 million in grants to youth and school-based football programs, which has directly benefited youth and high school players across 14,000 programs in all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
