INDIANAPOLIS – On Sunday, October 18, 2015, the Indianapolis Colts teamed up with volunteers from the Knights of Columbus to host a cash collection prior to the Colts vs. Patriots game. From 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., over 20 volunteers were able to collect more than $4,000.00 at the Colts Community Collection Stations, presented by Toyota. Volunteers motivated and cheered on all football fans to pull out their wallets and loose change to contribute to local children and adults with disabilities on their way into Lucas Oil Stadium.

Concluding the collection, all monetary donations were given to Special Olympics Indiana, an organization that provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in more than 20 Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, reaching nearly 11,000 athletes across Indiana. Special Olympics Indiana is part of the international network of accredited Special Olympics Programs that reaches more than 4 million athletes with intellectual disabilities worldwide.

The Colts Gameday Collections program will continue to run throughout the 2015 season with a different charitable collection held prior to each home game. Upcoming collections include the Verizon HopeLine Cell Phone Collection, the Angle Tree Toy and Clothing Collection with Salvation Army, and Books for Youth. A complete list of future collections is available atwww.colts.com/collections.
