INDIANAPOLIS – Do the Colts need a second round of interviews for their open general manager position?
That is what Jim Irsay must decide now that the Colts have completed their initial round of interviews.
Earlier this week, the Colts interviewed six different candidates to become the team's new general manager.
Wednesday: **Chris Ballard (Chiefs)**, **George Paton (Vikings)**
With the Colts' GM search now a week old, it remains to be seen what the next course of action will be for Irsay.
-Will Irsay want to narrow the candidates down for another round of interviews?
-Or was one round enough to find his next GM?
A week ago, Irsay had this to say regarding the upcoming search and a possible timetable.
"We're going to have an excellent pool to look at and interview," Irsay said after parting ways with Ryan Grigson a week ago Saturday.
"I know we have a lot to offer when it comes to, 'Hey, do you want to come to Indianapolis and win a World Championship?' I know that, so I'm confident that we will find the exact direction that we need to take in these coming weeks."
