The Colts did not rule any players out on Friday for their Week 17 game against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium, head coach Shane Steichen said.

Quarterback Anthony Richardson (back, foot) did not participate in practice this week, but was not ruled out Friday. Steichen said the Colts would monitor Richardson in the next 48 hours and make a decision, and added Richardson could still play even though he did not practice this week.

"He was sore all week, really sore," Steichen said. "So we were being smart there."

Linebacker E.J. Speed (knee) and tight end Mo Alie-Cox (toe) both participated in practice on Friday after being listed as DNP Wednesday and Thursday. Speed did not play last weekend due to his injury.

Wide receiver Alec Pierce (concussion) has not cleared NFL protocol yet but "looks good," Steichen said.

Cornerback JuJu Brents (knee) was listed as a full participant in practice Wednesday and Thursday. The Colts still have to activate Brents off injured reserve before he can play in a game for the first time since Week 1. Steichen did not commit to Brents playing this week.
