INDIANAPOLIS —One week from today, the 2018 season officially gets underway for the Indianapolis Colts.

The National Football League on Monday officially released the offseason workout dates for all 32 teams, which features the Colts — who, by virtue of having a new head coach, Frank Reich, in place, can start their offseason workouts earlier than other teams — starting conditioning work on April 9 at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center.

Here's the Colts' full 2018 offseason workout schedule:

• First Day:April 9

• OTA Offseason Workouts:May 22-24, May 30-31, June 1, June 4-7

• Voluntary Minicamp:April 24-26

• Mandatory Minicamp:June 12-14

The Colts' rookie minicamp will also be held May 11-13.

New head coaches are entitled to conduct a voluntary veteran minicamp, which must be held before the NFL Draft (April 26-28), but no earlier than Week 3 of the club's offseason workout program and after at least one week of the two allotted of Phase One activities. The Colts are one of seven teams holding voluntary veteran minicamps this offseason.

Reich said he hopes to set the tone for his new team the minute they step in the building on April 9.

"You always have the mindset — you're always optimistic and you always are thinking 'Win.' You're always thinking, 'Win, win, win,'" Reich told reporters last week at the NFL's annual meetings in Orlando, Fla. "So you have a way of, no matter what the circumstances are, we're going to win today, and whether we start April 9th or we start whenever. So it's really part of a mindset, I think, that you take in, and even though you may want more time, you make the most of what you have, and we'll have smart players and we'll figure it out fast."

The Colts are yet to formally announce dates for training camp, which is being held this summer for the first time at Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield, Ind. Stay tuned to Colts.com for all the latest.
