INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Colts and Anheuser-Busch today announced the extension of their partnership for the next several years, continuing a strong and successful relationship that began in 1999.
As a part of the extended partnership:
- Anheuser-Busch's Bud Light will continue as the "Official Beer Sponsor of the Colts."
- Bud Light will continue its sponsorship of the "Bud Light Zone" at Lucas Oil Stadium, the Beer Garden at Touchdown Town on gamedays, events surrounding the NFL Draft and Colts Training Camp, and other signature events throughout the year.
- Bud Light will continue to offer Colts-branded commemorative cans to fans in Indiana.
"Throughout our 25-year partnership, the Colts and Anheuser-Busch have been able to provide our fans with fun, and excitement on gamedays and a world-class fan experience year-round," said Roger VanDerSnick, Colts Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. "We also appreciate and share Anheuser-Busch's commitment to community, especially all they do to celebrate and support America's military members, first responders and their families. Together, we look forward to creating even more opportunities for fans of Colts and Bud Light to engage with and follow the team."
Another great synergy for the Colts is the natural connection to former Colts legend Peyton Manning, who is a spokesperson for Bud Light, VanDerSnick added.
"We are thrilled to continue our relationship with the Indianapolis Colts," said Matt Davis, Vice President of Partnerships at Anheuser-Busch. "This partnership continues to further our commitment to football and its local fanbases across the country. As the beer of easy enjoyment, Bud Light will continue to show up in moments that matter for fans all year long. We're excited to further our commitment to Indianapolis and bring more enjoyment to fans throughout the year."
