INDIANAPOLIS —The Indianapolis Colts fell to 3-8 on the season after their 20-16 loss to the Tennessee Titans on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Here's a list of stats and notes from the matchup, courtesy of Colts PR:

The Colts fell to 3-8 on the season after being defeated by the Tennessee Titans, 20-16, at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The Colts defense held the Titans to nine net rushing yards in the first half of play. It was the lowest total for the Tennessee this season and the lowest first half total for a Colts opponent dating back to Oct. 7, 2007 when they held Tampa Bay to six rushing yards in the first half.

Indianapolis recorded two interceptions in the second quarter marking the first time the team intercepted two passes in the first half of play dating back to Nov. 16, 2014 against New England.

Quarterback Jacoby Brissett completed 17-of-29 passes for 196 yards for a 79.1 passer rating.

Running back Frank Gore tallied 17 carries for 62 yards and one touchdown while adding two catches for 17 yards.

Gore gave the Colts a 13-6 lead in the second quarter with his 14-yard touchdown run. With the score, he tied Tony Dorsett (77) for the 22nd most rushing touchdowns in NFL history.

Tight end Jack Doyle led the team in receiving with seven catches for 94 yards.

In two games against the Titans this season, Doyle finished with 14 catches for 144 yards and one touchdown.

Wide receiver T.Y. Hilton caught two passes for 15 yards and passed Bill Brooks (411) for the fifth most receptions in franchise history.

Inside linebacker Jon Bostic led the team with 11 tackles (five solo).

Cornerback Nate Hairston finished with five tackles (three solo), one interception and two passes defensed.

Hairston intercepted his first career pass in the second quarter, giving the Colts possession at the Tennessee 34-yard line. The interception led to a Colts touchdown.

Cornerback Rashaan Melvin intercepted his third pass of the season in the second quarter and gave the Colts possession at their own 45-yard line. The interception led to a Colts field goal.

Kicker Adam Vinatieri converted 3-of-3 field goals and one PAT for 10 points against the Titans.

Vinatieri cut Tennessee's lead to 6-3 with his 26-yard field goal in the second quarter and tied the score at 6-6 with his 28-yard conversion roughly eight minutes later.

Vinatieri notched his third field goal of the game with a 42-yard conversion in the fourth quarter to give the Colts a 16-6 advantage. It marked his fourth game of the season having split the uprights or three-or-more attempts.

Left tackle Anthony Castonzo started and played in his 100th career game.
