Donald Brown's 13-yard touchdown catchThe scene: Down 38-0, the Colts took over at their own 20-yard line with 5:15 left in the third quarter. The anatomy of the drive: 8 plays, for 80 yards in 3:40.Key play: Andrew Luck was 8-of-8 on the Colts lone touchdown drive and his patience had a lot to do with it. Luck had numerous dump off passes on the drive and one to Trent Richardson was particularly effective. On a second-and-one from the Indianapolis 42-yard line, Luck found Richardson just beyond the line of scrimmage and the running back broke several tackles for a 20-yard reception. Last year, Richardson caught 51 passes with the Browns and he's shown that ability the past two weeks in turning short receptions into first-down completions. The score: The Colts got down to the Rams 13-yard line and on a first-and-ten, it was another check down to a running back for a big gain. On this play, the Colts came out in a three-receiver set (tight end Jack Doyle was also in the game) with Donald Brown lined up next to Luck in the shotgun. Luck once again went through his progressions before finding Brown in the middle of the field. From there, Brown did the rest with a cut back that avoided a pair of Rams tacklers and into the end zone for his first touchdown catch of his career. Brown tied a career-high with five receptions for 64 yards (the second most of his career).
