ANDERSON, IN --- Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck arrived at his third professional training camp Wednesday ready to work after putting in extra work following organized team activities and mini-camp.
"I had a chance to get with Hakeem (Nicks), T.Y. (Hilton), (Coby) Fleener, and a bunch of the other guys down the list and continue that rhythm, continue working on the stuff we built on in OTAs and mini-camp," said Luck Wednesday.
"That's great, and that's key," said wide receiver T.Y. Hilton after his arrival in Anderson Wednesday. "We got our timing down with some routes we needed to work on."
Asked where Luck and his pass catchers gathered for extra work, the franchise signal-caller would not divulge that information.
"It's a secret location," he said as the media assembled laughed. Hilton later told the media they got together at Butler University for the extra reps.
Luck has said his specific goals in 2014 are to improve his efficiency on third down and in the red zone.
"Football has become very situational in a lot of games," said Luck. "You got to win those situations."
It's one of the many things to keep an eye on with the Colts offense in training camp and preseason.
