There was T.Y. Hilton on a seven-yard conversion (on a third-and-two) and then Griff Whalen on a six-yard reception (on a third-and-five) that allowed for the 11-play drive to continue.The score: Put simply, the Colts had terrific blocking on Brown's touchdown drive. On the snap, Stanley Havili (in motion) and LaVon Brazill were lined up out wide to the left side of the line of scrimmage (short side of the field). Thanks to blocks by Havili and Brazill to seal the middle of the field and pulling blocks by Anthony Castono and Samson Satele, Brown had clear vision in giving the Colts their first touchdown of the evening.

However, credit new running back Daniel "Boom" Herron for not giving up on the play. Titans kick returner Devon Wylie ran into one of his blockers and the ball popped out. Herron pounced on the loose ball and gave the Colts the ball at the Titans 20-yard line.The score: It was Luck's improvisation that led to his ninth rushing touchdown of his NFL career. On the snap, Luck faked a quick pass to Griff Whalen but right defensive end Derrick Morgan jumped up to pat down a potential pass attempt. Seeing Morgan in the air, Luck tucked the ball and ran towards the goal line. Luck avoided safety Michael Griffin for the 11-yard touchdown run and to give the Colts a lead they would not relinquish the rest of the evening.

Just like he did last year in Nashville during the game-winning touchdown drive, Brown carved up the Titans late in the game. Brown had carries of six, 17 and eight yards to start off the final touchdown drive which pushed the Colts into Titans territory and forced Tennessee to burn its final two timeouts before the lead grew to 10 points.The score: It was some more outstanding blocking by a variety of Colts offensive players on Brown's 11-yard touchdown run. The Colts lined up in an offset I-formation with tackle eligible Jeff Linkenbach and tight end Jack Doyle on the right side of the line of scrimmage. On the snap, the Colts ran a counter with Stanley Havili and Hugh Thornton pulling to the right of a Linkenbach and Doyle double team. The double team and a seal off block by right guard Mike McGlynn created the massive hole for Brown's first ever two-touchdown game in his NFL career.
