THE SKINNY:
After letting top cornerback Rahsaan Melvin walk in free agency this offseason, coupled with the decision not to select any players at the position during the NFL Draft, the Colts seem content with a mostly young and experienced — but talented — group at cornerback to start 2018.
The team re-signed veteran Pierre Desir to lead the group, and also brought back exclusive rights free agent Chris Milton, one of the team's top special teams contributors from a year ago.
But beyond that, the Colts are relying on three talented second-year corners this year in Nate Hairston, Kenny Moore II and Quincy Wilson, each of whom earned extremely valuable reps as rookies in 2017.
