On September 11, 2015, the Colts traded a conditional late-round 2017 NFL Draft pick (seventh-round, 233rd overall) to the Browns in exchange for defensive tackle Billy Winn.
On March 9, 2017, Indianapolis traded tight end Dwayne Allen and a sixth-round pick (200th overall) to the Patriots in exchange for a fourth-round selection (137th overall).
