Where can I park around Lucas Oil Stadium?
Lucas Oil Stadium is located near many downtown parking lots and garages. Please read through the lot information on this page or visit ParkWhiz to purchase parking near the stadium. Furthermore, visit Downtown Indy parking website for additional information.
Do you have ADA / Accessible Parking?
Accessible parking is located in each of the downtown lots and garages surrounding Lucas Oil Stadium. The general downtown parking lots are not managed by the Indianapolis Colts or Lucas Oil Stadium. Limited on street parking may be available on a first come first serve basis, along portions of the 100 block of West Merrill Street, (between Illinois Street and Capitol Avenue) and portions of the 600-800 blocks of Russell Avenue (between Merrill and McCarty Streets) and the State of Indiana Department of Administration lot at 601 West McCarty Street. Your vehicle must display a Disability Parking Placard or Disability Plate issued by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles or by the Department of Motor Vehicles in your state of residence to park in any of these locations.
*ADA Parking in the South Lot and Lot A near the stadium are reserved for Colts Season Ticket Members on a season basis with ADA parking needs. If you are a Colts Season Ticket Member with ADA parking needs, please contact us at 317-297-7000 to check availability.
My parking pass won’t show up in my Colts app, what do I do?
If you are a Colts season ticket member, please ensure you are logged in to Ticketmaster in the Colts Mobile App and have updated your app. If you are still having trouble, try logging out and back in or contact your membership services manager for assistance. If you are not a season ticket member, please reach out to the customer service of the parking provider for your parking pass. Please note, the Colts do not operate downtown Indy parking lots and cannot offer on-site support on gamedays.
How do I know if my parking pass is legit?
If you purchased your parking pass through the Indianapolis Colts ticket office as a member, or received a pass transferred by a Colts season ticket member, you may reach out to your membership services manager with inquiries about your pass. If you purchased your parking pass through ParkWhiz, proud partner of the Colts, you may check with the customer service team for the lot provider. If you purchased parking through a third party, please reach out to their customer service team with inquiries.
