Drop-Off And Pick-up Locations
The drop-off points at Lucas Oil Stadium are located at the Southwest corner of the building, accessible via northbound Missouri Street and the Northeast corner of the building, accessible via Capitol Avenue. Lucas Oil Stadium gates open two hours prior to kickoff and patrons may be dropped off at anytime* during the two hour period. Those wishing to drop-off or pick-up at either location will need to let officers at the intersections know their intentions to allow access.
*Those who are wishing to drop-off within one hour prior to kick-off are encouraged to utilize the Southwest corner, Missouri Street location.
Please note that due to pedestrian traffic, pick-up at the Northeast corner (Capitol Avenue) area will not be available between the conclusion of the game until approximately one hour after the game has ended. The reopening of Capitol Avenue is subject to the designated officers' discretion.
Parking
Accessible parking is located in each of the downtown lots and garages surrounding Lucas Oil Stadium. The general downtown parking lots are not managed by the Indianapolis Colts or Lucas Oil Stadium. Limited on street parking may be available on a first come first serve basis, along portions of the 100 block of West Merrill Street, (between Illinois Street and Capitol Avenue) and portions of the 600-800 blocks of Russell Avenue (between Merrill and McCarty Streets) and the State of Indiana Department of Administration lot at 601 West McCarty Street. Your vehicle must display a Disability Parking Placard or Disability Plate issued by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles or by the Department of Motor Vehicles in your state of residence to park in any of these locations. Â
*ADA Parking in the South Lot and Lot A near the stadium are reserved for Colts Season Ticket Members on a season basis with ADA parking needs. If you are a Colts Season Ticket Member with ADA parking needs, please contact us at 317-297-7000 to check availability.
Seating/Seating Relocation
Lucas Oil Stadium is pleased to provide fully integrated accessible seating for fans with disabilities and their guests. Guests with disabilities are encouraged to select their choice of seats from a wide array of options and ticket prices. For detailed information regarding ticket availability, please call the Colts Ticket Office at (317) 297-7000.Â
Guests with disabilities holding non-accessible tickets that have been purchased at the Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office or through Ticketmaster are invited to any ticket window of the ticket office to request the exchange of their ticket for one that more appropriately meets their needs. Ticket exchanges cannot be made for tickets purchased through other sources. All seating relocation is subject to availability. The Ticket Office is located at the southeast corner of Lucas Oil Stadium.
Elevators
Elevators are located in each quadrant of Lucas Oil Stadium. They are in operation when doors are open until one hour after the conclusion of the game.
Escalator
Escalators are available in the North and South Plaza areas. These stop at all public levels - Street Level (100-200), Loge Level (300-400) and Terrace Level (500-600).
Ramps
Pedestrian Ramps are located in the Northwest and Southwest corners of Lucas Oil Stadium.
Restrooms
Lucas Oil Stadium has 1400 toilet fixtures for both men and women. Family restrooms are located in each quadrant of the Street, Loge, and Terrace Levels. All restrooms are accessible and include baby changing stations.
Concessions
All concession stands in Lucas Oil Stadium are accessible. Large print menus are available upon request. Accessible public drinking fountains are also available on all levels throughout the stadium. Please refer to the Concourse Level maps for further information.
Accessible Animals
Lucas Oil Stadium welcomes guests with disabilities and their assistive animals. While it is not necessary, we encourage guests with assistive animals to contact Lucas Oil Stadium management in advance of the event in order to most appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and their animal.
Power Stations
Power stations are available for recharging wheelchairs and other battery operated mobility aid devices. These stations are also available for operating respirators and other medical device equipment. Please contact Lucas Oil Stadium security, Guest Services or First Aid personnel for assistance in securing use of these stations.
Additional Services
Assistive Listening Devices are available during all major events. Please visit any of the Guest Services kiosks located throughout the stadium for assistance.
In addition, Lucas Oil Stadium has weighted blankets and noise cancelling headphones available for fans with special needs. A low sensory room can also be accessed upon request. Visit a Guest Services kiosk for more information.
