Breaking Barriers
Breaking Barriers supports organizations and initiatives that reduce barriers to opportunity and advance equity. Its focus includes education, racial equality, workforce and economic mobility, community–police relations, poverty, and criminal justice reform, and it is highlighted year-round through diverse programming and events.
Community Tuesdays
Throughout the season-long outreach program, players volunteer their time each Tuesday to support various organizations and causes, many of which align with Breaking Barriers.
Player's Action Fund For Equality
The Irsay Family and Colts Players joined together to form the Player's Action Fund in 2017 to support local nonprofits that battle systemic racism and reduce barriers to opportunity. Colts players and staff collaboratively determine the process, timeline and guidelines for the fund.
