The Colts entered the fourth quarter down 10 points. A Dallas Clark touchdown reception and Adam Vinatieri field goal knotted the game at 24-24. With 4:58 left in the game, Colts defensive back Keiwan Ratliff intercepted Jaguars quarterback David Garrard's pass. Ratliff took the pick 34 yards for the score in what would prove to be the game-winning touchdown.
