The Colts defense pressured David Garrard near the end of the fourth quarter. On 4th and 3 Jacksonville trailed by two, Garrard passed the ball upfield to Maurice Jones-Drew. The pass was incomplete and the Colts took over with 1:15 remaining to win the game, 14-12.
