2007: SEALING THE DEAL
COLTS 41, SAINTS 10 The Colts secondary in 2007 established itself as one of the best in the NFL by hitting hard, making big plays and showing big-time speed. Late in the season opener, it also showed it had depth when reserve safety Matt Giordano intercepted a pass from New Orleans quarterback Drew Brees. Giordano evaded tacklers, then sprinted down the left sideline for an 83-yard touchdown and the final points of a 41-10 victory.
