Khym enters his third season with Indianapolis as the club's functional movement therapist/conditioning. He served as a summer intern for the Colts' sports medicine department prior to the 2021 season.
In his current role, Khym works as a hybrid coach/clinician and provides aspects of both strength and conditioning and sports performance physical therapy.
Before Indianapolis, he completed two seasons as a graduate athletic training student with the University of Virginia football team (2020-21) where he also received his master's of science in athletic training.
Prior to Virginia, he attended Columbia University (2017-2020) and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
Khym worked as a student manager with the Michigan football team (2015-2017) where he received his bachelor's degree in movement science from the School of Kinesiology.
Khym is a certified physical therapist (PT) through the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT), a certified athletic trainer (ATC) through the Board of Certification (BOC) and a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
