Through the Eyes of the Owner - Kalen Irsay
Follow Kalen Irsay as she photographs her game day experience in Houston!

After finishing up League Meetings in NYC we headed straight to Houston, TX on Wednesday night. Upon our arrival, we had a wonderful welcome from this avid Colts fan, Lindsay Hightower, at the airport. We were so touched by her reception we gave her two tickets to our Thursday night match up against the Texans. Just another reminder that we have the best fans in the league!

My sisters and I love all Colts apparel and one of my favorite all female lines is All Sport Couture (cream quarter zip with gold horseshoe). My dad's mother, Harriet Irsay, was a die-hard Colts fan for her whole life and when she passed away she left us some really neat Colts jewelry. This pin is one of my favorite pieces from her costume jewelry collection and I find that it brings us luck.

The Indianapolis Colts is engrained in every part of me, literally in the case of my horseshoe tattoo. My sister, Casey Foyt, and I got this tattoo almost 10 years ago and our dad has the same tattoo, but larger, on his shoulder.

Game day credential as we head out of the city to NRG Stadium.

My sister Carlie Irsay-Gordon and I headed to the stadium 3 hours early to check out NRG Stadium and their pre-game elements to see if there is anything we can bring back to make Colts Nation have the best game day experience possible!

There were a lot of Colts fans throughout the tailgating scene in Houston wearing their Colts blue proudly!

This Colts fan went all out by painting his face for Thursday Night Football.

Made a quick stop by the Colts locker room on our way out to field.

These equipment bags and our equipment staff are a huge part of what makes the football world go round. In fact, our VP of equipment operations, Jon Scott, has been with us for 33 seasons!

Special teams warming up. It was amazing to see the Colts recover their third onside kick of the season when Pat McAfee's pounced on his own onside kick. What a huge play.

Colts alumni Joseph Addai and Dominic Rhodes showed up to support us in Houston!

Our suite before kickoff. My sister, Casey Foyt, has in-laws that live in Houston and it is always fun to fill the suite with family and even better they are avid Colts fans!

Kickoff! Here we go!

Touchdown Colts! Great pass to TE Coby Fleener.

Our COO, Pete Ward, pointing out a replay before he headed back to the press box.

Had to snap a shot of our team photographer, Matt Bowen, and team videographer, Joe Stoll, on the sidelines. They are the ones who bring you all the up-close and behind the scenes footage of your Colts!
