On National Girls and Women in Sports Day, we celebrate the amazing progress women have made in sports, shining a spotlight on High School Girls Flag Football throughout Indiana.

With the Colts' victory in Super Bowl XLI, Tony Dungy made history as the first African American NFL head coach to win the Super Bowl, paving the way for future Black coaches and executives. His groundbreaking achievement stands as a powerful example of the opportunities and potential of Black leadership in the league.
