INDIANAPOLIS —The Indianapolis Colts today signed linebacker Skai Moore and tight end Erik Swoope to the practice squad.
Moore, 6-2, 218 pounds, re-joins the Colts after spending the first three weeks of the season on the team's active roster. He played in three games (one start) this season for Indianapolis and made two tackles. Moore was originally signed by the Colts as an undrafted free agent on May 1, 2018. Collegiately, he started 37-of-50 career games at South Carolina and totaled 353 tackles (213 solo), 20.5 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, 20 passes defensed, 14 interceptions (one returned for a touchdown), three forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries.
Swoope, 6-4, 255 pounds, has spent time on the Colts' active roster and practice squad this season. He appeared in two games for Indianapolis in 2018 and caught two passes for 20 yards. Swoope originally signed with the Colts as an undrafted free agent on March 13, 2014. He has played in 19 career games (four starts) with Indianapolis and has caught 17 passes for 317 yards and one touchdown.
