The Colts are scheduled for a single primetime game during the 2024 regular season: A Week 11 Sunday night matchup against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium.
Two late-season games – Week 17 at the New York Giants and Week 18 against the Jacksonville Jaguars at Lucas Oil Stadium – are designated as "TBD" games. Last year, the Colts' Week 18 matchup against the Houston Texans was moved from TBD to Saturday night primetime, owing to the game's win-and-in importance.
For the second consecutive season, the Colts were not scheduled to play on Monday Night Football or Thursday Night Football.
There is a chance the Colts are flexed into a Thursday, Sunday or Monday night primetime game at some point this season. A refresher on how the NFL's primetime flex scheduling works:
Thursday Night Football: Between Weeks 13-17, a maximum of two previously-scheduled Sunday afternoon games can be flexed into Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime. The decision to flex a game to Thursday night must be made at least 28 days in advance.
Sunday Night Football: Between Weeks 5-17, games can be flexed into Sunday Night Football on NBC. A maximum of two games may be flexed between Weeks 5-10, and there is no maximum number of games that can be flexed in Weeks 11-17. Sunday Night Football flex games between Weeks 5-13 must be decided at least 12 days in advance; for Weeks 14-17, six days notice is the minimum.
Monday Night Football: Between Weeks 12-17, games can be flexed into Monday Night Football on ESPN. Decisions on flexing games into Monday night must be made at least 12 days in advance.
Week 18: Following the conclusion of Week 17 games, the NFL will announce its Week 18 schedule. In each of the last two years, two games have been played on Saturday in standalone windows (late afternoon, evening), and the season has concluded with a Sunday Night Football primetime matchup.
