Rookie Offensive Linemen Out Against San Diego
INDIANAPOLIS – As expected, the Colts will be without their starting middle linebacker for the first round of the postseason.

Now, they will be without their starting offensive right guard, too.

Mike Pollak, a starter at right guard for the last 13 games of the season, will miss the team's AFC Wild Card Playoff game against the San Diego Chargers in San Diego Saturday, the team announced Friday. The team already had announced that middle linebacker Gary Brackett (fibula) will miss the game.

Pollak, a rookie second-round selection, sustained an ankle injury against the Tennessee Titaans last week and did not practice this week. Jamey Richard, who started three games at guard this season, also will miss Saturday's game after sustaining an ankle injury last week.

With Pollak and Richard out, veteran guard Dan Federkeil will start at guard, Colts Head Coach Tony Dungy said earlier this week.
