"Well, what I talked about in our first meeting was how tough it is in this day and age, with this salary cap situation, to win consistently. Since the year 2000, we've had eight teams that have been in the Super Bowl but we've only had three teams that have won three division crowns in a row. So, what we're trying to do in that regard is a little tougher than even getting to a Super Bowl. Keeping a team together and keeping them focused and being able to consistently win is not easy. That's our challenge right now."

"We've just got to become more consistent. We have some big play players on that side of the ball. With our offense putting up points like last year, it put us ahead a lot, and it forced offenses to take chances against us. We've got guys that can take advantage of that. We have to be more consistent week in and week out doing the little things in the tight games."

"We try to start at the beginning with our fundamentals, but the first part of camp is teaching our new guys how we do things and getting ourselves refocused on what is important. What's important is how you block and how you tackle and how you catch and how you run."

"Sometimes there can be a tendency, we've been here and had five tough practices, but usually when those lights go on and the popcorn is popping the guys practice a little bit better. It's good for our fans and people that can't get out during the day to see us."
