"He's been playing pretty well, and I think a lot of it has to do that physically he feels good and I do think he's getting more and more comfortable with his position. Oftentimes it takes a few years to get to the point where you reach your maximum potential, and he's a ways from that right now. He just keeps getting a little bit better and better all the time. But certainly capable of a lot of big plays, certainly moves around the field and makes plays for us, in terms of tackles, and I just see him getting better and better all the time."

"It's not my position to judge that. My job is to make certain that we deal with our football team, maintain some discipline (and) get them in position to win some games. "I'm not certain. It's one of those things with this position, your time is not always your own. I can't always make plans, so it's kind of up in the air, but I hope to get a little bit of a break and get a chance to go see my grandsons at some point in time.
